| probably the easiest and smoothest car purchase ever. i saw the car i was looking for on ebay, got in touch and left a holding deposit for a couple of weeks. i travelled 178 miles to collect it so i hoped it was as described ! Met with Matt and after a brief hello and introduction i was give the key for an inspection and a drive. no pressure whatsoever. the car was better than described in my opinion. The standard and selection of cars in their showroom unit is a credit to them, there wasn’t one i wouldn’t have been happy with, they really the best selection of premium brand performance vehicles i’ve seen under one roof. The guy’s have an eye for detail and are stocking the right models and retailing at the right prices. Next time i’m looking for a motor i’ll be checking their stock first and although it’s a day driving, it won’t be a day wasted!👍 |

Didn’t really understand the concept of “find my car” and felt a bit foolish asking. I needn’t of worried as everything was not only explained but expertly analysed from what I had described on my needs in a car to what was available. At no stage was I bamboozled or pressurised into making a decision just given all the information I’d asked about. I decided there and then that not only had I found the car of my dreams but also found somewhere I could trust and use again. I went away with all the knowledge I needed and decided overnight to purchase the car which was made ready for me by ten the following day. Longest part of the deal was me phoning up my insurance company to insure the vehicle. Brilliant service and relaxed approach by all the staff that I met there.

A great dealer for your next car
I had been looking for a Mercedes E class estate for some time. I first approached Mercedes Benz Approved Used but I was not satisfied with the poor value that was being offered. I widened my search and found a higher spec car with same mileage for a lower price with Find-My-Car. I arranged to view the car and travelled 83 miles from my home in Hampshire. Find my Car were always helpful and friendly – not ‘pushy’ at all. I asked for 12 months MOT and this was arranged, which I was particularly impressed as two new premium tyres were fitted. All in all a pleasant experience, very professional and I will certainly consider returning either for another car for myself or my wife.

The lads at find my car have been brilliant with my purchase car just as described. Only one key which is a downside but the lads have said they will sort it. Met with the owner, to go and test drive my car with my husband. He was incredibly friendly and didn’t try to put any pressure on us to make a sale for himself. They even delivered my car for me at no extra cost. After I bought the car we even sat around for another 15 minutes having a chat about football and F1. Great service, the car was delivered in top top condition with full MOT. Fantastic experience buying my first car, I will be going back in a good few years to exchange and upgrade.

Cant recommend these guys highly enough, We bought a 2012 x3, very well looked after car inside and out full service history and all invoices supplied. We drove from Bournemouth to view the car and bought It on the day, after having a test drive and speaking to matt who was very helpful. They also have great aftersales, We had a issue where we needed new break pads and where this wasn’t covered on the warranty as its wear and tear (consistent with all warranty’s ) although I didn’t realise this , and they still gave us money towards the bill. We will be back in the near future to get another car that’s for sure.

The guys at Find My Car were very helpful in providing extra photos and info ( the S3 has had a few mods done ) before I purchased the car and, as I didn’t have time to collect it from Bristol, they delivered the car down to Weymouth so I could receive it during my lunch break from work. I wasn’t disappointed as the car is exactly as described. 6 weeks and 500 miles later all is fine – and has a happy owner.

We love our car and felt secure knowing that if we had a problem these guys would do their best to help sort it. they know their cars and they know their customers. If you are fussy like me they will get you the specification of car you require for a good price.
